Shipping

Shipping to the Netherlands: PostNL will deliver your package normally after 1 to 3 days. Shipment to Belgium: B-post will deliver your package normally after 1 to 3 days. Shipment to rest of EU: Depending on courier 1-5 days. If you would like to have your package delivered to a pickup point, please mention this in comments at checkout.

Delivery time

Upon receipt of your order, your products will be shipped within 1 business day, provided all products are in stock. If you order before the packages are picked up (around 12h) then your order will be delivered the next business day. If you order after 12h then you will receive the package the following day. If the products are not in stock they will be ordered from the supplier on the same day and shipped to you as soon as possible. Your order will then be delivered within 2-5 business days.

Track order

You will be kept informed of the status of your order by e-mail. When your package is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping code. This shipping code provides you with a 'Track and Trace' insight into where your package is located and the expected time of delivery. This way you don't have to be home all day to receive the package. If you do not receive your package, you can always contact us and we will do everything we can to trace your order in cooperation with the postal service.

Send to a Post Point or pick up yourself

If you would like your order delivered to a postal point, please indicate this in 'comments' during checkout. Products can also be picked up during opening hours. Of course, no minimum order value or shipping costs apply here.

Postage costs

To Belgium and the Netherlands: No shipping costs are charged for orders over € 50. For orders with an order value under € 50, € 5.95 will be charged as a contribution to the shipping costs. Other countries: There is no shipping charge for orders above € 175,-. For orders with an order value below € 175, € 10 will be charged as a contribution to shipping costs.
